DXL Server Error

Hello, 

I have a problem regarding DXL Server.

I started a dxl server using initDXLServer .

but when I start to send commands to that port, it gives me this error :

DOORS report
---------------------------
DXL server failed: An established connection was aborted by the software in your host machine.

 (No such file or directory)
---------------------------
OK   
---------------------------

Do you have any Ideas why this is prompting?

Can you connect to that port with telnet?

Yes, I can connect and send a command to the port. but once the execution is done, it prompts me with the error.
